Who we serve

Canada is grappling with an escalating housing crisis, affecting over 235,000 individuals who experience homelessness each year. A significant portion of this vulnerable population comprises immigrants, refugees, and low-income families who face substantial barriers in accessing affordable housing and essential social services. The situation is particularly dire in rural and remote communities, where the scarcity of infrastructure, coupled with rising costs and geographical isolation, perpetuates cycles of poverty and vulnerability. Without strategic and targeted interventions, these individuals risk remaining entrenched in a state of homelessness, devoid of the necessary tools and resources to break free from this cycle and move forward.
